APPOINTMENT POLICIES IN EFFECT 1/1/2022
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We keep a very full schedule at Vitality and we must respect every client's appointment time with us, therefore to work with us:
You understand that if you are 10min late, or more for your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule this appointment, or move to a later appointment time, if one is available.
You understand that if your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, you will contact us to reschedule so we may accommodate patients waiting for an appointment.
If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 2 hours notice, there is a $35 fee.
If you do not show without advance notice, via phone or email, to the office ("no call/no show") before your scheduled appointment, you understand that you could be charged for the full amount of the appointment service(s) scheduled.
You understand if you should have further questions at the end of your appointment time, you may email or call to complete these questions at a later time.
You understand many patients (both animals and humans) at Vitality are seeking chiropractic care due to pain and/or may not enjoy interaction with others. You will keep my animal under your control, on a short lead, and not allow your animal to greet others without permission.
